WHY TODD?

Todd Dufault has been fortunate to study under some awesome mentors the past 40 years.  Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser, John Maxwell, Jack Canfield, Dave Ramsey and Zig Ziglar to name a few. Todd’s unique background of Fine Arts and Athletics positions him to use real life experiences to relate and help train students.

There is no doubt leadership skills are a key to future success.  Servant leadership doesn’t come naturally. It is a skill that needs to be practiced with serious and dedicated intention. It can be one of the most important gifts one can learn.

The Training is designed to engage people over the course of FOUR sessions. Through discussion questions, activities, journaling, and engaging homework assignments, Todd has created an insightful training that will inspire and encourage people to be the most effective leaders they can be. More importantly, difference makers in their school, corporation, organization or team.
