About Todd

Todd grew up a band director’s son in Waseca, Minnesota. He spent 10 years working alongside his dad, helping build this small community’s band program into one of the state’s most successful. It was through this experience that he discovered his interest in helping others reach their full potential. His interest in leadership development was fiercely ignited when he had the opportunity to participate in a workshop with leadership expert, Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser. It was then that his life’s path as a leadership consultant was born.

Todd has 40 years of experience working with people, organizations, corporations, athletic teams, and schools on culture and leadership development. His unique background of Fine Arts and Athletics has provided him the tools needed to effectively use real life experiences to relate to and help train thousands of business leaders, athletes and students from all over the country.  

Todd has been fortunate to learn from top experts in the field such as Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser, Zig Ziglar, Scott Lang and Jon Gordon. During Covid, he decided to spend a year and a half studying under the top business leadership trainer in the world, John Maxwell. He finished his Certification Course in 2020 and became an Independent Certified Coach. Todd is excited to continue to expand his training opportunities in the business world.
