About Todd
Todd grew up as a band director’s son in Waseca, Minnesota. During his career, Richard “Butch” Dufault built a very successful music education program at Waseca High School. The Waseca Marching Jays won many competitions and were recognized as one of the best marching bands in the Midwest. It was during those formative years; while watching Butch, Todd was learning the foundational concepts he teaches today.
Todd’s interest in leadership development was ignited when he participated in a workshop with Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser in 1988. Dr. Tim became a mentor for Todd as he spent hours learning leadership, culture, human behavior and development. Todd’s life’s work was starting to take shape.
An accomplished athlete and musician, his experiences cultivated a unique perspective on leadership, culture and human potential.
Throughout his career Todd has incorporated the lessons learned and lived experiences into his training in what has become a truly transformative opportunity for many.
Todd and his wife Michelle live in North Branch, Minnesota. They have 5 children and 6 grandchildren in their growing family. Which includes their dog, Maizie.
