JANUARY 1, 2026 Happy New Year, everyone! I am offering some new opportunities in 2026 for HS Marching Bands that I am extremely excited about. As I reflect back on my 42 years with Marching Band students, the real joy has always come from the process and the relationships you build. A blessing for many years. So grateful for all of my band director friends. My time with my father at Waseca HS (MN) for many years and my time as the visual instructor / leadership coach with the Rosemount HS Marching Band (MN) for 13 years provided me some great insight in how to get the RESULTS you want. It’s all about the kids.

I am bringing back the Todd Dufault Marching Academy with a new twist for 2026. I am a former HS basketball coach. It’s all about off-season development.
